Mortgages, Remortgages and Buy-To-Let Finance

MORTGAGES – Moving Home

Not only will we find the mortgage best suited to your personal circumstances and requirements, but we will also liaise with all relevant third parties e.g. estate agents, surveyors and solicitors, as well as the lender’s underwriters, to ensure a smooth and hassle free process.

If you need to know how much you are able to borrow, check your suitability to lenders' criteria or need to prove your status to a vendor via estate agents, then we can arrange an ‘approval in principle’.

REMORTGAGE

Most people remortgage purely to take advantage of a lower interest rate in order to save money. Lenders will also allow capital to be raised from the equity in your home, for many different purposes.

We will calculate whether remortgaging would be beneficial, taking into account the saving in interest weighed against any associated costs.

Where there is no immediately derived financial benefit from remortgaging, we will contact you at the most appropriate time in the future, to revisit the position.

BUY-TO-LET

As growth in this sector has inccreased over the last decade, with more investors becoming landlords, so has the appetite of lenders for this type of borrowing. The market is now very diverse and specialist lenders have highly competitive interest rates and flexible terms; accommodating both private investors with a single property and professional landlords with multiple property portfolios.
